Our Veterinary Memorial and Client Card programs offer you the opportunity to foster lifelong bonds with your clients. Use them to welcome a new client, send a thank you for a referral, say happy birthday to a pet or send your sympathies when a beloved pet dies. Our programs allow you to choose the card that best fits your budget.

As a benefit to participating in one of our card programs, you will receive our monthly electronic Vet Chat, which features veterinary clinic news that you can use, veterinary technician and DVM profiles, study success stories and the latest information about Morris Animal Foundation.

Customized Memorial Cards

                       

Send a customized memorial now.

When you make a donation in memory of a pet, your client will receive a personalized card that announces your gift to Morris Animal Foundation. There is a $10 minimum per card for customized memorial donations—a small price for a big gesture.

Card Packs
Cards are preprinted and sold in packs of 25 for $40. You simply order the packs (thank you, memorial, welcome or blank) and send the cards straight from your facility as needed.

Client Privacy Form
