Memorial Gifts

At Morris Animal Foundation, we know how difficult it is to lose a loved one—be it a pet or a person. We offer several ways to honor the special pets and animal lovers who have touched your life and your family’s lives. All proceeds are used to improve animal health by funding research to protect, treat and cure animals around the world.

Memorial Cards

Morris Animal Foundation’s memorial cards celebrate the life of a deceased pet or person and help you send your condolences in a caring, meaningful way. With a minimum gift of $10 per card, the Foundation will mail the recipient a personalized sympathy card, letting them know of your thoughtful gift in memory of their loved one.

AnimalNews: “In Loving Memory”

With a gift of $200 or more per pet, a special companion can be included on the “In Loving Memory” pages of our quarterly print publication, AnimalNews. Click here to view a sample issue of this full-color publication. If this is a gift to someone who has lost a pet, you also have the option of having Morris Animal Foundation send a card to the pet’s family. To have a pet memorialized in AnimalNews, please make a donation here and send a photo of the pet to mailbox@MorrisAnimalFoundation.org. When sending your photo, please put “In Loving Memory Section-AnimalNews” in the subject line.

Pet Memorial Wall

For a donation of $500 or more, a brass plate with your pet’s name will be added to our Pet Memorial Wall located in Morris Animal Foundation’s Denver headquarters, and you will also receive a brass commemorative engraved with your pet’s name. Your companion will be included on the “In Loving Memory” pages of AnimalNews as well. This type of memorial can be a wonderful way to honor someone else’s pet, too. The family’s name and pet name will be engraved on the brass plate, and the commemorative will be sent to the family at the address you provide.
